About the Packaging
The
formula is filled in a squeezable plastic bottle with a sports cap for

Directions:
Squirt
a small amount of Arctic Ocean Rinse in mouth, vigorously swish for at
least 30 seconds. Repeat two times a day for a cleaner healthier mouth.
